Earl Grey Ginger Spritzer

- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 sachets Pique Earl Grey Tea Crystals
- 6 oz good quality non alcoholic ginger beer chilled
- Fresh mint leaves
Mix 2 sachets of Earl Grey Tea Crystals into 2 cups of boiled water. Stir well.
- Refrigerate the tea until chilled for 2 hours.
- Fill a glass half full with good quality non alcoholic ginger beer.
- Tilt the glass and slowly pour the tea down the inside until full.
Garnish with mint leaves.
