I struggle with sleep. Falling asleep, staying asleep and winding down at night. My job is quite stressful and I find it hard to shutdown. I drink Reishi tea about and hour before bed and it helps me tremendously- try it!
This makes a lovely, tasty brew. I enjoy having it warm mixed with nut milk. It's wonderful having a relaxing, non-caffeinated beverage to consume in the evening and it is very easy to mix.
What a beautiful tea this is. I almost want to call it a meal because it is full and rich. I especially enjoy the calming effect it has on my body and look forward to having a cup in the evening. I am new to the world of mushrooms, but I'm catching up quickly. I would recommend this tea to anyone who is curious about its health benefits and taste.

I love to have the Reichi Cam Elixir tea in the evenings sweetened with 1 teaspoon of nature botanicals pure yacon syrup which is a low gycemic sweetener made from a South American root vegetable. One tsp has less than 4 grams of carbs and only 13 calories and is also a natural source of (FOS) Prebiotics. I use yacon syrup in all of the pique black teas! I order my nature botanicals yacon syrup on Amazon. The only downside to yacon syrup is that it must be transferred into a widemouth glass jar in order to be able to use all of it, as it comes in a narrow mouth bottle and some of it always collects as sludge in the bottom of the bottle and wont readily pour out. I use a sharp, skinny steak knife to scrape out the 8 oz. plastic bottle and transfer into an small 8 oz. glass mason jar.
I love this tea with a little splash of milk in it either in the evening when I get home from a hectic day at work, or when I need to unwind before bed. Very earthy with a subtle sweetness. My absolute favorite of the "non-caffeinated" Pique teas.
I actually did feel more relaxed after a stressful day. This tea has a strong earthy flavor, I may order more if budget allows.
Kinda sitting on the fence on this one. I have tried a few cups? Not sure it helped with sleep? Tastes a bit too much like drinking mushroom broth? Would be good if one was hungry going to bed. I will keep trying through the winter though before giving up!
I use this tea as a way to incorporate mushroom goodness into my day especially if I didn't have whole mushrooms that day. It tastes good with a mellow slightly sweet flavor and is without caffeine so I can drink it at night.
