The lockdown and pandemic threw my routine so far off I couldn't even see it anymore. But, lately, I've been realizing how important it is to get back on track. That said, days come with new stressors and new interruptions and I've recently embraced comfort eating in a way that shames me. So, when I saw these teas, I wanted a little help getting past cravings and re-ignite my intermittent fasting. Not only did the teas (I'm taking one of each of the three per day) give me a 'new' routine to add, they have also helped me reduce some cravings and feel better about what I'm doing to take care of 'me' (something sorely lacking of late). They are pricey, and I hesitated to spend that much money. But, I looked at it as an investment into my health, and it's been worth it. I was afraid I wouldn't like the taste of the teas, but that hasn't been an issue at all. And, whether it's because I'm eating less junk food because I'm more mindful of my eating with the teas on hand, or because they really are improving things... either way, it's working!
I like both greens but am unsure on the cinnamon - maybe in winter it will be better as it is warm out now and you need to drink it hot.
