I decided to switch from coffee to matcha because I was tired of the afternoon slump I was feeling, requiring an additional coffee. I also didn't love that in order to drink coffee, I needed to add a lot of milk and sugar. From my first time trying this matcha, I was hooked! I thought initially I would need to add the same amount of milk and sugar to make it palatable, but not the case! I do half hot water and half oat milk and it is PERFECT! Not bitter, not grassy tasting, but just a lovely smooth cup of tea. I can have a second in the afternoon and not worry at all about getting to sleep at night - in fact, I think I'm sleeping BETTER than I was when I would have coffee even just once a day.
