This pu'er black tea has been a morning staple of mine for years, possibly five? I actually double up and put two in my to-go mug and drink it black on days I do pilates and fast. It's the only and I mean only tea that my stomach can tolerate while fasting. Green tea I cannot drink unless I'm eating food to help, not sure why! I cannot live without pu'er black.
